DELIVERY RECORDS
Each record names the customer type and region, never the brand. Scale figures are shipment or installed counts from the program file.
Two existing halls at a North America hyperscale campus were converted from cable tray to 1,850 m of 800A/600V UL 857 track busway with 214 tap-off boxes rated 80–400A. Rows were energized between production shifts — no full-hall outage, no core drilling — and new GPU rows now reconfigure within a shift instead of an outage window.
A colocation operator in the Nordics took busway, rack PDU and CRPS PSU from one factory for a 42-rack AI row designed at 132 kW per rack. ±1% outlet-level metering feeds tenant billing, and handover closed with a single QC file — one burn-in report per rack instead of three vendor binders.
An ODM building GB300-class shelves ramped 5.5kW Titanium CRPS supplies — 18,000 pcs shipped across two consecutive quarters. PMBus telemetry was mapped to the customer's shelf manager during the pilot build, and 100% burn-in coverage held first-pass yield at 99.2% through the ramp.
A 50-set pilot of 51.2V LFP ORv3 backup cartridges grew into a 1,400-set export program. Every shipment left at ≤30% SoC by sea, declared Class 9, with the UN38.3 test summary, MSDS and PI965/966 packing docs in the carton — destination customs cleared on first presentation, zero documentation holds.
Three campuses of a Middle East colocation group run 1,400 switched PDUs with outlet-level ±1% metering over SNMP v3 and Redfish. Per-outlet tenant billing now stands on defensible unit-level data, and remote outlet switching replaced the majority of break-fix dispatch visits at unmanned halls.
A European HPC research lab installed 280 of our 48V hybrid LIC modules to absorb GPU load swings on a liquid-cooled cluster: millisecond DC-bus compensation, 100% DoD tolerance and a ~15-year design life. Commissioning closed with zero trip events through a full season of grid dips.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES
Overhead busway conversions avoid floor penetration and corridor outages — the hyperscale program energized 214 tap-offs between shifts without a single planned full-hall outage.
1,400 BBU sets crossed the Pacific at ≤30% SoC with UN38.3 + MSDS + PI965/966 in the document pack — customs cleared on first presentation for every container.
Per-outlet billing at three campuses now resolves consumption questions against ±1% unit-level logs — disputes that once took weeks to arbitrate close with a log export.
