Busway runs are fabricated to field-measured lengths with tap positions fixed by the row layout, type-tested to UL 857 and IEC 61439-6, and delivered as a numbered kit so a five-night shutdown is assembly rather than fabrication. At the cabinets, 54 V CRPS supplies convert at 96% Titanium — the two-point efficiency margin a TCO committee can defend in writing. Programs quote per run with 45–60 day leads planned backwards from your window, and CRPS pilots start at 100 pcs with 30–45 day builds.

Can busway changes happen without a full-hall shutdown?
Tap-offs install and reposition on live-rated track, so row-level work keeps the rest of the hall up. New runs are what need the window — which is exactly why delivery is planned against it.
What does Titanium efficiency save a 2 MW hall?
At full load, 96% versus 94% conversion loses roughly 44 kW less — on the order of 385 MWh per year, which usually lands inside the payback horizon a budget committee will sign.
How do you hit a five-night construction window?
Runs are pre-assembled, type-tested and numbered at the factory, then delivered as a kit for assembly on site. The 45–60 day lead is scheduled backwards from the window, not discovered during it.
