FROM RFQ TO CONTAINER

Six gates from inquiry to delivery.

RFQ intake

Your drawing, outlet schedule or BOM lands with the line engineer for the product family — not a generic inbox.

DFM feedback

Engineering marks up manufacturability: outlet maps, thermal headroom, telemetry and enclosure options — questions answered before a price exists.

Quotation

One sheet: unit price by quantity ladder, tooling/NRE if any, MOQ, trade terms FOB/CIF/DDP and payment options T/T or L/C.

Pilot build

Sample or pilot run with FAI report, type-test data and burn-in logs for your sign-off before mass production.

Mass production

Serial-tracked build through SMT, AOI/X-Ray, hi-pot and functional test, closing with 100% burn-in in the aging room.

Export delivery

Export cartons, lithium document packs (UN38.3 + MSDS + PI965/966) and shipping papers couriered with the bill of lading.

FAQ

Sixteen answers buyers ask first.

Products & selection

Which rack PDU tiers do you build, and how accurate is the metering?
Five tiers: basic, metered, metered-by-outlet, switched and switched+outlet. Billing-grade models hold ±1% accuracy at the outlet, with 16–63A inputs and C13/C19/HDOT outlet mixes.
What CRPS wattages are standard?
550W–3200W in the classic CRPS footprint with 12V output, and 5.5kW+ AI-class units in mCRPS with 54V rails for GPU shelves — 80 PLUS Titanium at 96% peak efficiency.
BBU or supercapacitor — which does my rack need?
They solve different timescales: a BBU (51.2V LFP) bridges seconds-to-minutes grid gaps, while supercapacitor modules buffer millisecond-to-second GPU transients with 100% DoD tolerance. High-density AI racks often spec both.
How do I size the busway for my row?
Row feeds run 160–800A: 800A suits NVL72-class rows around 132–142kW, and tap-off boxes run 80–400A with per-tap metering. Runs follow the UL 857 certification path and are IEC 61439-6 type-tested.

Customization & branding

Do you ship under our brand (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. Silk-screen logos, housing color, cord length, outlet maps and brand-neutral packaging are standard OEM options, and manuals ship in your language.
What do you need to quote a custom PDU?
A rack elevation plus an outlet schedule, or simply an IT load list. Engineering returns a DFM review with feasibility notes before a price is issued.
Can we test samples before mass production?
Every program includes a pilot build: FAI report, type-test data and burn-in logs ship with the pilot units for your sign-off.
Can telemetry match our DCIM platform?
PDUs speak SNMP v3, Modbus TCP and Redfish with MIB files supplied; CRPS units expose PMBus maps configured during the pilot so your shelf manager sees a familiar device.

Quality & certification

Which certifications cover your production lines?
ISO 9001 system certificates back the factory; CE/UKCA and RoHS declarations ship with the relevant lines. UL 62368-1 (PDU/PSU) and UL 857 (busway) run as certification paths — compliance files are shared with qualified buyers under NDA rather than claimed as blanket approvals. Lithium lines carry a UN38.3 file chain.
What does every unit pass before shipping?
A fixed QC gate: IQC, SPI paste check, AOI and X-Ray on SMT, hi-pot, functional test, then 100% burn-in at full load in the aging room — serials logged to the unit record.
Can we arrange third-party inspection?
Yes — SGS or BV pre-shipment inspection can be booked before container loading, against your sampling plan or AQL.
How do lithium battery lines ship internationally?
BBU and supercapacitor lines export with the full document pack: UN38.3 test summary, MSDS and PI965/966 packing instruction. Sea freight moves as Class 9 cargo at ≤30% state of charge; full-capacity cells are barred from passenger aircraft.

Logistics & commerce

What are your minimum order quantities?
Rack PDU from 10 pcs, CRPS PSU from 100 pcs, BBU and supercapacitor modules from 50 sets, and busway quoted per project from a single run.
What lead times should we plan around?
15–30 days for rack PDU, 30–45 days for CRPS and BBU, and 45–60 days for busway — counted from order confirmation and deposit receipt.
Which trade terms and payment methods do you accept?
FOB Shenzhen/Ningbo, CIF and DDP. Payment is T/T with 30% deposit and 70% against the bill-of-lading copy, or L/C at sight once a program is established.
What warranty backs the hardware?
3 years on PDU and CRPS lines, 2–3 years on BBU depending on cell cycle depth, and 1 year on busway including installation guidance.
