VoltFab power EMS factory hall at dusk
THE COMPANY

The power EMS brand built for the AI rack.

VoltFab exists to make rack power accountable again: five product lines — Rack PDU, BBU, supercapacitor, CRPS PSU and busway — engineered, built and burn-in tested on one factory floor, with a supply chain already turning toward the 800VDC era.

MILESTONES

From PCBA floor to 800VDC roadmap.

2009

PCBA line foundation

The first SMT line goes live as a PCBA build floor for industrial power boards — inheriting the placement, reflow and inspection discipline every later line still runs on.

2014

Power category expansion

Board builds grow into finished power units: the floor adds power-test benches and takes on complete PSU and adapter programs instead of PCBA alone.

2019

Five product lines formed

Rack PDU, BBU, supercapacitor, CRPS PSU and busway are organized as product lines under one quality system and one export-compliance chain.

2022

Test & burn-in buildout

A dedicated AOI wall, X-Ray station and 100% burn-in aging room turn quality control from a department into the factory's exit gate.

2024

AI rack generation

ORv3 48V backup, 54V CRPS shelves and busway programs ship for GB300-ecosystem racks drawing 30–142 kW per enclosure.

2026

800VDC era layout

Engineering shifts to the next architecture: ±400V / 800V DC distribution, HVDC-ready PDU and busway platforms, and layered battery-plus-supercap backup.

HOW WE'RE ORGANIZED

One main floor, five satellite line sites.

The main EMS floor owns what must never fragment: SMT, assembly, test, burn-in and the compliance chain. Around it, each product line runs a dedicated satellite site — ems-pdu, ems-bbu, ems-supercap, ems-crps and ems-busway — with its own engineering bench but the same ISO 9001 system behind it. Buyers get specialist depth per line without giving up single-floor accountability.

WHAT WE HOLD TO

Three rules we build by.

Forge ahead

Adopt the next architecture before the order forces it: 54V rails, ORv3 backup, hybrid supercap buffering and 800VDC distribution all entered our roadmap as engineering programs, not sales answers.

Nameplate honesty

The nameplate is a contract. Efficiency, metering accuracy and ratings are the numbers we test to and sign — if a spec cannot survive the burn-in room, it never reaches the label.

One-floor accountability

SMT, assembly, test and aging share one floor and one serial record, so when a buyer asks why a unit failed, one vendor answers with data — not a chain of suppliers pointing at each other.

WORK WITH VOLTFAB
