WHY 54V

One less conversion on the way to the GPU.

Legacy 12V architectures step down twice between the PSU and a modern accelerator. A 54V direct-to-rail feed skips a stage, carries roughly four times the power per conductor, and frees floor space for compute instead of copper. That is why the GB300 generation of AI racks standardized on high-current 54V shelves — and why our roadmap follows the mCRPS footprint TI and shelf vendors are converging on.

CRPS questions we hear most.

What does the CRPS form factor actually standardize?
The PSU footprint: 1U height, 73.5mm width and 185mm (short) or 265mm (long) depth, plus connector and handle positions. It lets one chassis accept qualified supplies from multiple vendors in N+N configurations.
Why is 54V output becoming the AI standard?
At the same power, 54V carries about a quarter of the current of 12V, cutting conduction losses and cable mass. Direct-to-rail 54V architectures also remove one DC-DC conversion stage between PSU and accelerator.
What does 80 PLUS Titanium guarantee?
For 230V internal redundant supplies: 90% efficiency at 10% load, 94% at 50% and 96% at 100% — the highest 80 PLUS tier and the de-facto requirement for high-density AI procurement.
Can you match our existing shelf firmware polling?
Yes. PMBus command maps, telemetry fields and LED behavior are configured during the pilot build so the shelf manager sees a familiar device.
