DFM in 48 hours

Engineering replies with feasibility notes, cost drivers and the two or three decisions that move price most.

Pilot & type test

First articles run the full QC gate; you keep the test log whether or not the program proceeds.

Freeze & ramp

Spec freezes, pilot run validates yield, mass production schedules against your deployment windows.
