THE FACTORY / POWER SUPPLY EMS
One floor from paste print to burn-in exit.
This is the VoltFab power supply factory floor: seven SMT lines, a lead-free reflow aisle, AOI and X-Ray gates, and a full-load aging room — all under one roof and one ISO 9001 quality system, 63 equipment positions deep.

REFLOW AISLE
Lead-free reflow, watched zone by zone.
All seven lines feed the same reflow aisle. GKG-printed panels travel through lead-free ovens while an operator console holds the thermal recipe for each assembly revision — zone temperatures are called by the program, not by feel, so a CRPS control board and a busway tap board never share a profile by accident. The recipe log stays linked to the unit serial and follows the board through AOI, test and the burn-in room.
PROCESS CHAIN
Six gates from carton-in to pack-out.
Every VoltFab program — PDU, BBU, supercapacitor, CRPS or busway electronics — walks the same six-gate chain on this floor.
IQC incoming inspection
Component lots pass AQL sampling, CoC match, date-code and MSL checks; first articles are measured on the FAI830 station.
Solder paste printing
GKG stencil printers align the panel and print SAC paste; in-line 3D SPI verifies deposit volume before any component lands.
Pick & place
Yamaha YS12 and YS24 machines place 0201 passives through power inductors and connectors on the same high-current panels.
Lead-free reflow
Panels run lead-free profiles under console supervision; the recipe is locked to the assembly revision and archived with the serial.
AOI + X-Ray
100% optical inspection on MENTO MT2000 lines, plus X-Ray opens BGA and high-power joints on sampled units of every lot.
Assembly, test & burn-in
Box-build, hi-pot and functional fixtures, then 100% full-load burn-in in the aging room before FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo pack-out.
ON THE FLOOR
The equipment that sets the ceiling.
Real machines, named — because a power program is only as good as the print, inspection and aging hardware behind it.

GKG stencil printers
Laser-aligned stencil registration with in-line 3D SPI; stencil tension and separation verified at every changeover.

MENTO MT2000 AOI
Post-reflow optical gate on all seven lines — polarity, offset and solder fillets — backed by X-Ray for BGA and high-current joints.

Test fixtures & aging room
Programmed functional fixtures run full-load rails and telemetry polling; the burn-in room ages every unit under load before exit.

IQC lab & FAI830
AQL incoming sampling with an FAI830 first-article station that dimensions the first panel of every build before the lot continues.
